Welcome to Crowfields
Condominium Community for Active Adults 55 and Over

Crowfields is a picturesque sanctuary, a naturally beautiful
haven throughout four distinct seasons.
SpringPrivate roadways offer opportunities to walk the entire campus with its meadows, broad lawns, two well-stocked ponds, three creeks, towering white pines, oaks, and maples. Dogwoods, rhododendrons, and azaleas, complemented by many flowering trees and colorful gardens, attract songbirds and wildlife, including deer and wild turkeys, to Crowfields, a designated Treasured Tree Preserve.

The architects and builders planned so that Crowfields residents with both privacy and long vistas. To sustain the property's natural beauty, they removed very few trees and built on less than 20% of the 72 wooded acres. Units tucked into the gently rolling landscape, underground utilities, and a mandate against future construction show respect for the environment that is rare in today's market.

The 192 units, arranged in clusters of four to eight and built to the highest standards of carpentry and stone masonry, offer one-, two-, and three-level floor plans from approximately 1,300 to 3,600 square feet. Generous storage and closet space complements each design. (See sample floor plans)

SummerAmenities at Crowfields include community garden plots, convenient parking, a heated outdoor pool open from May to October, and a well-equipped clubhouse where residents can enjoy community social activities, special interest groups, and private parties.

We are pet friendly with some restrictions.

Crowfields is a 55-and-over community, which means that 90% of all units must have at least one resident in this age group. Children under 18 may not be full-time residents. Crowfields does not provide health services, but emergency responders and the major regional medical center, Mission Hospitals, are only minutes away.

Well Established

Fall

Crowfields is self-governed. All residents have a voice in how we live together and manage our affairs. The Board of Directors, comprised of cluster presidents, and the Executive Committee are elected volunteers who contribute expertise from their varied experiences.

The Crowfields Condominium Association is financially sound. It maintains prudent reserves and has never borrowed money. A major accounting firm audits the accounts annually.
